I've been having trouble with anxiety to the point that I thought I was having a heart attack once. A month ago, I found myself getting heart palpitations after a very minor hassle at the bank. I was exploding inside and felt I needed immediate help but didn't know what to do. I drove to a nearby vitamin shop and bought Theanine Serene by Serene Science, took one and forgot about it. I take depression medication but some times I have an episode where I feel the world is crashing in on me. I get nauseated and an overall sick feeling. I take 400 mg of L-Theanine and in about 1 hour I am feeling much better. If I don't take it, I have ended up in the ER with suicidal thoughts.

Just started having anxiety attacks w/stomach issues. My NP suggested I try this. Love it! My burning stomach is almost immediately relieved and I am able to calm down and function much better. Currently taking 200-400 mg/day depending on need.

With the Now brand, only the 200mg version helped me sleep much better at night. The 100's didn't do a thing for me day or night

I was able to wean off my clonazepam, which my practitioner told me could cause dementia, by using L-Theanine chewables, 300mg a day- it really helps
