It has been very effective in curbing my appetite when I know I will be running errands all day and won't have time to prepare a healthy meal. It keeps me from dashing into an unhealthy fast food place just to satisfy hungry. It takes away the need or since of urgency with senseless eatting that I can sometimes have. Takes away hunger pangs. It works great for me. I've been using it to support me through juicing and fasting. Highly recommend using this especially when beginning any new diet plan.

I have been taking this product since 04/13/2013 and it seems to be helping me to lose inches. I excercise 4 hours a week and I try to watch what I eat. It does seem to quench my appetite. I bought more of this product and I will keep taking for awhile to see if I lose more inches.

It's easy enough to take, but did not supress my appetite, and gave me a stomach ache and HORRIBLE gas. Like stinky, rotten egg gas, and it lasted ALL DAY. Will not take again.

Comment:
I took one capsule 30 minutes prior to eating as directed. After eating I had severe nausea and vomited five times at 10-minute intervals until it all came up. The negative interaction seemed to focus on acidics (tomato sauce and raspberry drink). I will not try Caralluma again, regardless of what I ingest.
