Just 3 days in and no probs .... I take chia seed oil extract 1000mg omega 3-6-9 it says to take 1 twice a day but I take 1 at night before bed with a 8oz glass of water !! Skin is super soft !!!

I was adding this to my cereal along with ground flaxseed for 3 months. The last two times it made me violently vomit both days about 2 weeks apart. I will not take this anymore. My body just started to reject it.

I am type 2 diabetic. But, chia seeds have improved my well being in many more ways. My sugar and cholesterol are better. I no longer take medicine. I have lost weight...etc. etc.

After 15 years of gerd..no longer have it. Finger joints don't hurt. Feel good every single day. The most regular bowel movements I have ever had. No more bloating, gas..over all incredible digestion. Also, has helped with menopause symptoms..basically gone.
