I used it for 1 week, twice per day and didn't see any affect at all. I even exercised vigourously daily. One problem that I encountered and do not know if taking this herb was the source was excruicating nerve pain in the left side of my lower jaw. Since I stopped taking it, the pain has not returned.

While I have not lost any weight--which may be related to the fat-turning-to-muscle of my new exercise regimen--I have lost noticeable inches in my waist, hips and thighs. It does help decrease appetite...but ultimately, it is not quite the weight-loss miracle it was touted to be. No side effects, thank goodness!

Afircan Mango has helped me with my middle aged spread, the only issue I have as well as my best friend is leaking urine! Without the urge to go, it just happens during walking and especially when bending... has anyone else had this problem and why does this occur?
