I took 4 capsules per day, 2 in the AM with a small meal and two in the mid afternoon with a light snack, all the while maintaining my physical exercise regimen. I dropped 40+ pounds in around 7 months, and have managed to keep it off.

Iv been taking these for a month with colon cleansing tablets, two of each every day, I have been eating less and exercising 3 times a week. Iv now broke out in acne on my chin, and somehow managed to put more weight on, do have more energy though. Not advised, waste of money

Took Holland & Barrett's own ketones for about a month by which time I was in so much pain in my hips I could hardly walk. As I'm quite fit, running, gym and swimming this was unacceptable. Stopped taking them two weeks ago and joint pain only just starting to fade. Now I have constant headache and my scalp is painful to touch. Will they ever wear off?!!

I have been taking these raspberry ketones for two weeks and I'm disappointed. I didn't loose anything. I think that they might work with workouts as help but not by themselves. There is no miracle cure
