I haven't purchased a weight loss supplement in at least 10 years, probably since the hydroxycut craze in highschool. I happened to see these mentioned on The View and a Friends Facebook page and decided to do some research. I was drawn to the fact that they are natural with no side effects (I am very easily effected by medication and caffeine), so decided on a whim to give it a try. I purchased P

I became jittery and anxious as a result of taking this supplement (enough that a friend noticed). I was taking pure raspberry ketones, no fillers, no other ingredients (ie. Caffeine). Also agree about being careful with supplements. They dont work by THEMSELVES.... diet and excercise are required. Dont overdue dosage. But so far for me... loosing weight and inches.... cant confirm headache or fo

Check the ingredients! I bought Ultimate Raspberry Ketone by Phytogenix and later noticed that it contained 50 mg of caffiene per dose, which certainly explains increased energy (and other reviewer's compalints of increased urination and jitters). It hasn't increased my weight loss efforts - I already eat a pretty well-balanced diet as well as do weights and cardio at the gym 3-4 times a week. I w
