I've taken this for over a year and lost 30 pounds without any change in life style. However, it seems to have slowed down or stopped now and I'll be trying something else. No side effects, possibly because of the benefit of other herbs I take along with it.

I have taken both raspberry keytones pure and green coffee extract together for over two weeks. I only have a stone to lose. Walk daily and follow a good diet - no difference whatsoever! It just proves there is no ' miracle' cure :(

Changed my dietary habits, bought a treadmill, and downloaded an interval training app called C25K (couch to 5K) which has helped get me moving. I started taking 3 pills of Raspberry Ke ... I took the supplements for a couple of weeks, lost 6 pounds, stop taking because of dealing with surgery - gained all my weight back. I have started again, and those 6 pounds are gone again. Happy with this, and hopefully it will really help me lose some weight - I am not trying to be lazy and not work-out; however with 4 ankle surgeries and no weight bearing (3 of them in the past 6 months, but ...
