I have been taking a green coffee bean supplement for about a month with no real side affects. I feel a little more energy, less desire for food, but kept to a normal diet and daily routine regard exercise. I changed nothing and lost 8 pounds. I am very happy about that.

Started taken today. About 1 to 2 hrs after taking I had this unusual feeling in my front part of my head and eyes, which later turned into being dizzy and nausea. I had to leave work, ended up sleeping. Just woke up now and the feeling is still in my head a little.....has anyone else had this issue
