    Comment:
Started using the pills a week ago. With my schedule, it is not always easy to plan 30 minutes out from a meal to take the pill. On Day #2, I began to experience low back pain - which has continued. On Day #4, began to experience pain in lower left side. I am giving this a chance, but not sure it is worth these side effects if result isn't noticeable.

    Comment:
I am a pre-diabetic with morning sugar around 100-110. Took the Green Coffee Bean with my meals and over three weeks lost 8 lbs. No changes in diet. Bottomed out and stopped losing. Check my blood sugar and it began to rise after 1m. Jumped to 132 in the morning! Got off the pills and waiting to see. Off for 3 days so far and morning sugar at 118.
