I started about 3 months ago and I've lost over 25 lbs. No side effects at all, 400 mg a day three caplets. take them in the morning before breakfast. Lightened my diet, but it's a good appetite suppressant. Walmart brand with Svetol and Yerba Mate. Maybe different brands have different effects? Tried it without Svetol and didn't seen to work.
