At 5'3" tall, I weighed 136 lbs, having gained 18-20 lbs over the last 20 years. I saw DietWorks Green Coffee Bean Extract (400 mg/caplet, containing less than 8 mg caffeine) at Costco and decided to give it a try. Started three days ago, taking one in the morning with breakfast and one with lunch. Day one I had headache and frequent urination. Day two no headache but frequent trips to bathroom. Day three did not take any pills as the trips to the bathroom increased from the night to mid day on day three. Could not leave the house. Urination was also painfully on day three. When I started taking this GCB extract, I weighed in at 198 lbs. In four weeks, I lost 6 lbs without changing anything. I have to say, however, that I have since modified my diet to continue this weight loss so I'm watching what I eat and work out an hour a day. I will check in again to update my results.
