I did notice that it helped a lot with reducing sugar cravings. However, no weight came off. I also run, lfit weights, and coutn calories. While I took this for a month, my weight loss slowed a lot. The worst part though was that it made me incredibly sleepy. Don't know why; maybe it interacts with Wellbutrin? Anyway, appetitite decreased but weight stayed on and I felt very drowsy. I used it for 2 days and had increased blood pressure, mild eye pain, increased pulse and increased anxiety. It was scary, almost went to the ER but over 3 to 4 hours my blood pressure and pulse came down. I also had difficulties initiating sleep. I did make the mistake of having my small breakfast coffee with the morning garcinia and green coffee bean capsules.
