    Cumin seeds are used as a cooling for the body. If you have a bladder infection and there is burning, soak the cumin seeds in water and drink, this will cool the body and stop th e burning due to too much uric acid.

    I have used cumin for serveral weeks and notice an decrease in bloating (gas) and digestive issues. I use it more oftern in my daily food intake such as in eggs ,rice ,green veggies, sauces and for seasoning on fish & chicken meats.

    male 74, have been drinking cumin tea to help control excessive flatulence and it works. I am not completely clear yet but very much improved. Went off it for a month and the "problem" returned. Took a couple of weeks of a 1st drink in the morning to show signs of improvement. long term remedy.

    Just started taking it for help with dieting and diabetis. Unsure at this moment of benefits. Wondering if it can turn skin, tongue or skin a tinge of yellow.

    I have rhumatoid arthritis . I was on creutches with extremely painful feet. I started sprinkling on tomatoes and cottage cheese( about )1 tsp daily. I saw avery noticeable improvement in just 3 days.I used regular spice cumin McCormic brand.
