Hi, I have developed low thrush symptoms, through taking these tablets (brewers yeast) why is this please. I am 70 yrs of age and take cholestrol tabs. Magnesium, Q10. My mother used to take them years ago and swore by them . Carole Attard Do not know any of these brand products below mine are just Brewers Yeast Australia

I can't believe how one Brewer's yeast has changed my life. I was having blockage in my colon, acne, no energy, hair loss and overeating.After 1 yes 1 teaspoon and 1/2 of the BY I bought from GNC changed my life. I eat a bowl of HN cheerios and leave the milk with the in my bowl and stir in the BY and drink it FAST or use a flavor pack in water and add it. The cereal milk is more effective ... 6 week's I've taken a daily B. Y tab, reason.. Heard it helped Hair growth, it certainly does! Plus many other apparent benefits, not a spot on my face, even around period time, and periods.. Well I had an easy 4 day menstruation.. Very unusual with me.. I shall continue to take B. Y and note what effects it's having on myself..
