I have a 30mL bottle 1/4 filled with SBO and various other oils. My skin cleared up and is so much brighter just applying it every night! I have about 10mL in my conditioner bottle and I have less grey hair, shinier hair and less dead ends. I am going to start taking the Sibu 90 day supplement next month and see how that works.

I had purchased Sea Buckthorn Oil (SBO) for my asthma. But something happened that changed my whole perspective about SBO. I was frying a couple of chicken legs and they exploded in my face, on my forehead, over my eye and on my right cheek. What a nasty burn. AFter applying ice on the burn and the burning sensation was gone. I gathered more information about SBO and thought: maybe this will help with the scarring the burn has left. So every day I religiously and consistently applied the SBO and the scarring over the right side of my face gradually disappeared. I use the Sibu eye cream for my undereye bags and dark circles. I haven't noticed any differences. I also take 2 of the Sibu supplements each day. My skin has always been smooth. I hoped the pills would add moisture. Again, I haven't noticed any differences. I've used the pills off and on for 4 months. No real differences!

Taking for demodex

My overall cholesterol has gone from 265 to 184 in six weeks. I changed nothing in my diet. I am, however, still waiting to lose weight! I am taking Life Oil 2000 mg Sea Buckthorn oil per day.

Seabuckthorn seed oil has done an undescribably amazing job in helping clear my acne. I've had terrible breakouts since highschool and finding treatments seemed next to impossible. I used this for a week and all my blemishes cleared up nicely. The only catch is I do have to use it every day, but it is so worth it.

This is how I treated my duodenal ulcer. I took 2 tea spoons of sea buckthorn oil on empty stomack in the morning. (Besides that I had for breakfast a liquid cream made from ground flax seeds.) It helped in a few weeks!

I starting using Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil on my face for rosecia acne. It has worked better than Metro Gel which requires a prescription.

I am slowly losing weight.Its a good appetite suppressant. I have more energy.I'm sleeping better.My dry skin has disappeared on my face. I have MS so I'm hoping it will help some of my symptoms ie fatigue and muscle pain.
