I have been taking 1 100 mg tablet at bed time for almost a month. Combined with a high protein, high fiber, low carbohydrate diet I am losing weight at a rate of about 1/2 lb a day. I have always been on the small side so extra weight after menopause caused me to feel very depressed. I feel great, the aches and pains that I have always thought were just part of getting older have diminished. I' ... Show Full Comment

Only 2nd day of use and feeling very 'wired up' as with too much caffeine ie pressure in ears and head, generally uncomfortable. Have seen a drop in weight. Coincidence? Dosage is 25mgx3 times a day. Not sure if I should lower dosage or stop all together.

Long story short, I was advised as a female to stay away from the hormone DHEA. Our bodies naturally convert DHEA into 7-Keto, so a natural substance produced by the a ... Show Full Comment

It might not be for everyone, but it works for me. I've read reviews and it's not going to make you lose weight by itself. You need to incorporate a healthy diet. High protein low Carb & low sugar. One reviewer said she was losing her hair. Are you eating enough protein? I work for a medical weight loss clinic and that's all we do is weight loss. We are not a spa. THERE IS ... I've been taking 7 Keto consistently for the past 4 weeks for weight loss purposes. I have not purposely altered my diet or exercise, although while taking this I have no desire for sweets. I do not use a scale but I have dropped two belt sizes and feel lean. I take one 100mg in the morning with breakfast (6:30am) and one with lunch at 11:30am. I drink at least 80oz of water p/day. I used to t ... Show Full Comment
