took as it directed 20 drops twice one in morning head ache about two hours later than a hour before bad 20 drops more and the pain in my head was so intense sweated so much changed tee shirt 3 tmes never slept a wink stopped taking since have bit of head ache iam none smoker or drinker

Increase in pulse rate Rapid 140+ will not be using again Took 1 in the hope it would have a calming effect in fact done the total opposite

I had all the bad side effects with confusion, disorientation, horribly restless sleep, and was quite clumsy after I got out of bed, spilling and dropping things as my co-ordination was affected. Main ingredients of the tablet were Humulus lupulus (Hops), Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) & Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) I am not on any other medications. I ceased taking the table ... i tried one liquid phytocap preparation a couple of hours before bed along with 30 drops of a non-alcoholic prep of valerian root. it is very strong--i am still sleepy after 12 hours of sleep. i will try them separately at smaller doses next time.
