It helped my nerves, pain by 90 to 95%. So happy it's available for use in the health food stores. No side effects at all.

On the testament of my dentist who was able to continue his practice after using dmso for arthritic hands and fingers, I and my family became fast fans of dmso for pain management and actual cure for arthritis and injuries--sprains, bruses, pulled muscles etc. I believe it to be almost a miracle product with no harmful side effects provided it is applied to perfectly clean skin, allowed to air dry ... I had minor arthritis pain in my hands and later more significant arthritis affecting my shoulder. My father had used DMSO for arthritis on his hands 30 years ago, so I found an on-line source for a high-grade product.
