at the second week I was taking,, I noticed, some good differences,, like I sleep better, I feel my inmune system was improving,, cause now where I live,, there is a lot of weather changes.. so my body,,, is responding very well with the Reishi mushroom

Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) does not cure, it just helps our immune system so that it takes care of itself.

Has cured a ton of ailments on me, from eczema to gout and super energy and not getting up in the middle of the night. I use 'wild American reishi extract'. I did my research and the best reishi is wild grown, the best wild grown is unpolluted, not in Asian polluted countries. Has worked wonders for my respitory system, I recommend it to everyone. Try it, you have nothing to lose. After trying 3 different brands of Reishi I found Natures elements brand to be the most effective and can be found on this site. http://natureselements.net/REISHI_MUSHROOM.html
