After trying all things on earth & suffering so far for the ravages of menopause, IMMEDIATE & continued & VIABLE relief for hot flashes & very notable overall health. 200mg daily with no pharmacology added to b12, d3 & multivitmins are for me, a TRUE miracle. I have not felt this good in years. A genuine must do.
