Pain in my right leg was there since last five years, which got controlled and only 10 % pain in there within treatment of 2 months

I have high cholesterol and decided to go to a local health food store to take care of it "naturally". I took 2 caps at noon and 2 at supper. Felt ok, no noticeable reactions. Went to bed and woke up scratching. Looked in the mirror at my groin area and it was solid red, welted and severely itchy! My arm pits, right foot and palm of my left hand were also affected. Went to the ER and was told I was getting a prescription for benedryl and prednizone. After answering a few more questions, I began to notice that I was having trouble breathing. Started to cough and snezed a few times. Doc rushed me to another room, started an IV and shot me up with 3 different meds. Just in time to cause I was beginning to panic not being able to breathe. Who'd of thunk it? Just tryin to take care of myself in a healthier way and I ended up almost killing myself by anaphylactic shock!! I went to ER after only taking 4 caps of this supplement. I had severe hives, swelling redness and itching in my groin area, arm pits, my right foot and my left hand. 5 mins after arriving at the hospital I was having difficulty breathing and had to get an iv with benadryl, steroids and a few other drugs to calm everything. I'm taking predisone and benadryl and am SO ITCHY, red and miserable!! I know that this stuff happens but wow, I could have died over something that I was taking to HELP ME! Read More Read Less

Within 2 days of taking Gugulplus I developed a bright red severely itchy rash on my neck and upper back accompanied with facial/eyelid swelling.

I took this supplement, only after two days, I broke out in a severe rash, swollen face, eyelids, severe itching, burning sensation..Never again, went to the Doctor twice, after 5 days I am still suffering with this reaction. Never, ever, again will I do this.

I, like many people saw this supplement on Dr. Oz. I was taking it to boost my metabolism. However, after the 2nd day of taking it, I would get an upset stomach, I got diarrhea, headaches and the worst part, I got a a itchy red bumpy rash all over my body. "Brand was by Himalaya Pure Herbs"So I advise all to pay close attention to how your feeling after taking a new supplement. Guess I'll move on to the next experimental supplement.

I used the product in oil form along with Boswella for joint and muscle pain (Tattvas Herb brand). It had no effect. The pain was the same, and somewhat worse the next morning. I would not recommend it.

Combined with D-3, Ashwaghanda, and a reasonably healthy diet, my cholesterol count has dropped from 294 in Sept. 2009 to 218 on May 11, 2010. No Simvastatin required.
