I started to apply 70% solution of DMSO to the area of the pain with an eye dropper and working it into the skin with the side of the glass eye dropper. I apply DMSO twice a day this way and got pain relief that has make it possible for me to do my normal activities that I could not do before. The maximum pa...

I have arthitis in both knees. DMSO has not proved to be any better for pain relief than Ibuprofen gel (which has the advantage of not making your breath smell of garlic or sour milk)

This was given to me by a reflexologist who was helping me manage the pain of a severely arthritic hip prior to surgery. This topical solution was dramatically effective in reducing inflammation and pain. It's important to apply this correctly. Highly effective for pain management.

Not only has the DMSO [Extra strength day at the Spa}relieved my RA, it also helped with bruises and sore muscles. Usually twice a day applications worked very well.

I have had tendon problems in both thumbs and have received cortisone which would help for a few months or a couple years and then come back. Due to the docs office wanting $300 before they'd even see me I remembered I had some DMSO and tried in. Within a couple minutes the pain was gone and my thumb was working again. Hallelujah! I'm glad I have a lb. of it.

I have had tremendous pain in my ankle and foot due to an arthritic condition. I used the liquid DMSO twice and have not had any pain since. I doctored for over a year. Part of the pain was inflamed tendon in the front of my lower leg just above the ankle. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep. This took care of all of it.

Back again. After hearing and reading more on Pensiad for arthritis and knee pain. I feel compelled to let the people know that ordinary DMSO 70-30 with aloe vera or distilled water will provide extensive relief from pain at a fraction of the cost of the prescription medication. I have noticed that alot of pensiad users are getting any benefit at all. They owe it to themselves to try the DMSO route. It positively cured the torn meniscus in my knee and my plantar in my heels and feet from years of competitive tennis. Shoulder and middle back spine pain have been all but erased also! I can not say enough super things about DMSO!! I as usual tell ALL my tennis friends and everyone I run across about it! The internet has Really helped spread the word! Read More Read Less

This works very well with my foot and ankle pain. I have heel spurs that are often very painful, it works great for that pain. It does not last but a few hours however so I only use it when the foot pain really gets to me.

Either gout or bursitis affected my right shoulder. A chiropractor was no help. A orthopedic surgeon injected cortisone with no relief. A vet suggested "domoso" which I knew about from horse racing. He gave me some and within 72 hours I had total relief. I used it for muscle pain and headaches too. Being a working, building contractor and swinging a hammer and loading and carrying building materials had created "issues" with the skeletal and muscular system. My wife did complain of the odor when I had to use it. I often mixed it with aloe too and only used it topically. After 32 years of on and off use, I'm using it for herniated discs in the neck to relieve the pain. I shun the narcotics, although I have oxycodone and morphine as I have carcinoid syndrome, a rare cancer.Read More Read Less

I suffer from interstitial cystitis. Occasionally when I stray off the I.C. diet too much I will have a flare up, pain, bloating, etc. If I have an instillation treatment of DMSO it helps me get back to a no pain level of comfort, and there don't seem to be any side effects. It is an older treatment and has a track record as I understand it. I can go for a long time without the treatment as long as I stay close to the I.C. recommended diet.

I've used this topically only, after doing heavy phyical work. It's amazing the pain relief I've experienced. My only complaint was the taste that would happen immediately after application. The relief was worth it however. My friend got it from a dry cleaner she knew, I don't remember a name on the bottle.

Torn meniscus in my kneee from tennis was brought back to 100 percent in abouit 5 weeks. Nothing else topical gave any relief and did not want to go under the knife. Referred by an older than me fellow player. I thanked him a thosand times. I use it for shoulder and back pain on and off ever since and refer it to everyone I know!! It is a miracle solution for sure!!
