If you are PREGNANT

If you are NURSING
- Precaution: LIMITED DATA SUGGEST MINIMAL AMOUNTS EXCRETED; POOR ORAL ABSORPTION
If you are an adult over 60
- management or monitoring precaution: Renal-Contraindicated with chronic severe renal impairment or with acute renal injury. Estimate glomerular filtration rate prior to administration.
Giving Gadopentetate Dimeglumine Solution to a child under 12
- Severe Precaution: Rare risk of nephrogenic systemic fibrosis. Contraindicated in Canada in neonates age < 4 weeks.
