I have been having severe High stomach cramps. Dr. says maybe IBS, nothing wrong with gall bladder nor anything in upper GI. Worked the first couple times. almost immed. relief of the cramping. Now it takes about hour and half to work. See Dr. soon so maybe I'm not taking it regularly enough or need bigger dose. As of now, take as needed and doesn't work.

I have no major intestinal symptoms, just daily abdominal discomfort (like cramping), this drug has helped significantly. I have no side effects, maybe only less sweating - vision is fine. I like this product.

I've had IBS for quite sometime and this has helped a great deal. I take it before meals and it makes my life more functional.

I'm taking for a likely functionality problem (ruled out gall bladder and gastric emptying problems). It has helped with the pain. Dry mouth and eyes are uncomfortable, but the drowsiness is the worst problem. I'm going to keep with it for a while. Also vision is suffereing some. I hope it is temporary!

I started taking this medication because I was currently taking Cymbalta. The Cymbalta of 60 miligrams started to make me sick and hurt my stomach. Dr. put me on Hyoscyamine and it stopped the cramping.

I had severe intestenal discomfort diarrhea after an extended antibiotic treatment. I was prescribe this medication an it completely aleiveated my pain. I experienced very little side effects and am very satisfied with the treatment.

easy to use in Nulev form disinigrating tablets. I take it 4 times a day and helps the pain and frequency but it doesn't stop diarrhea reliably so I still need to take Lomotil to stop the diarrhea once it starts. Even that is not worth betting on but now I have good days. Now it seems I get sick mostly in the morning while I'm waiting for the first doses to kick in. Better then being sick all day and night! Tried Bentyl first and got awful side effects including racing heart and anxiety,

I have occasional attacks of ulcerative colitis. This drug has been fairly effective at easing intestinal pain associated with the condition.

I have IBS (self diagnosed) Took this to stop the diarrhea and it has worked very well. I do experience dry eyes and constipation. It went from one end of the spectrum to the other. I use this 2 X a day and in conjunction with Prevacid. I have no bloating anymore and i can go out to eat and not worry what it will do to me later. I am very happy considering it took 2 years and losing 50 pounds to get some relief. Had EGD and Colonosc. No problems. This has worked for me.

stops cramping quickly which helps my IBS, but makes dry eye problems much worse.eyedrops are no problem compared to harshness of bad cramps and diarrhea.

This drug did its job decreasing the painful colon spasms, though not completely. I have experienced extreme drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, loss of libido, and bloating for two weeks. About ready to quit; hope there is an alternative.

I've only been taking this drug for a few days but i feel like it's helping me a great deal. I have some dry mouth, but it's better than the ibs issues i was having. I also like the dissolving version better than the tablet since i can't swallow pills well. It's easy to take and takes the stess out of treating my ibs.

Have had dry mouth and dry eyes. Also, eysight seeems to be worse. I take it for IBS which when flares up I take every 4 hours. It helps the loose bowel movement. Don't really care that much for the medication tho.

I used this medicine for intestinal spasms; it did do its work, but after taking it I became constipated and probably now i'm going to have to take another medicine to cure that.

The dry mouth is unreal. But what scares me is the vision problems. I can't read the guide on the tv., the numbers on the back of the high school football players. I am calling the doctor not worth losing my eye sight

Although the drymouth is a bit severe at times, the effectiveness of this drug is amazing.
