I paid $38 as a co-pay for 2.5 ml which is a 25 day supply if you calculate 1 drop in each eye per day and no lost drops onto your shirt. That comes out to $143,000 a gallon! or, if you have no insurance and are paying full price roughly $750,0000 a gallon. I think Alcon has got some big 'nads charging 3/4 of a million dollars a gallon for eye drops. With that said....the stuff works great and ...
This stuff gave me the worst cold I have had in a couple of years. Ended up having to cancel appointments and other events and spend money on cold remedies. I would not have taken it if I had known

Worked great for my 8 year old. However after using for a solid 2 weeks 2x a day... he developed an extreme headache. It was slight and came on very intensely in a matter of minutes. Also had dizziness too. So now what for allergy season??

Life saver! My eyes were swelling shut from environmental allergies. With these drops, I had instant relief and swelling subsided. I still did allergy shots after to treat the cause, but this was some instant help.

I had to take this when having been told I had mild GPC. As it did help calm my eyes down and slowly diminish the bumps under my eye lids the side effects were awful. On my second week the burning in my eyes got worse, my eyes got dry, horrible headaches everyday, and now I have horrible pain in my right eye and it hurts to even touch it. Will definitely stop using these and contacting my doctor.

This drug gave me excruciating sinus headaches especially over my left eye and it felt that I had been punched in the eye. The headache pulsed with my heartbeat. Horrible drug.

Used this for my watery itchy eyes this season. I am from Canada so for two small bottles it's $5 with my insurance. This is a lifesaver.

There are not enough drops in the bottle to last a full month. It's simple math. I have addressed it with Alcon with no satisfaction whatsoever. Awesome product, way over priced, quantity is insufficient. My pharmacy understands completely and take care of getting scrips filled sooner but it costs me more money.

I frequently have eye allergies and my eyes are often red, itchy, and watery. I was prescribed Pataday and have been satisfied with the results. I am having less eye irritation. I definitely am NOT happy about the price (my insurance copay is $60!) - the size of the bottle is VERY small and only lasts me about 1 week. $60 a week is not going to cut it.... I have tried over the counter allergy eye drops and they DO work but do not seem to last as long. I recently printed the Pataday rebate coupon and am hoping that I can use it to lower the cost by $30... It's ridiculous to pay over $40 for such a small bottle of eyedrops but it works! I had been trying to find something to help my eyes from allergies and the blurred vision. My Dr. gave me this and it has helped within 5-1- minutes. I love these eye drops. I wish I would have had these eye drops a few years back when my allergies really started to bother me.

I took this once one drop in each eye it burned for what seemed to be a long time about an hour after using it I was sweating like I had taken a shower ,I kept working at what I was doing began to feel light headed and that everything was off at a distance, I was weak and began to have breathing trouble checked my blood pressure etc. it was ok breathing got harder thought about going to the ER but did not . After about 45 minutes started feeling better I believe I had a very bad allergic reaction to this drug and my eyes still burn and itch . This was the only medication I had used so it had to be the pataday that caused it, I would be very careful with this medication . Read More Read Less

I really haven't used it long enough to know how well it works. I bought it today, 9-11-14 at a Rock Hill SC Walmart and paid a $50 United Healthcare copay. The price without insurance was listed as $317.87! Absurd! Without insurance I would have just suffered.

Only thing that works for me when my allergies start to act up. Worth paying for if you have severe allergy symptoms.
