Very effective at the 4 mg dose. Besides going less often during the day, I was getting up 2-3 times a night with OAB. After being on Toviaz for about 6 months now, I sleep the whole night thru about half the time and only get up once the other half of the time. Needless to say, I certainly feel more rested now that my sleep has improved immensely.

The first time i took the 4mg dose i noticed i was going less often and thought it was great, the second day I couldnt go at all even though I had the urge, it was scary.... i called my doctor who told me to stop the pills and that i will have to wait it out until the pill wears off
