I mixed mine with cold ginger ale. I drank it very quickly with a straw, then followed up with two containers of very cold water. The first dose started working within an hour. I did experience slight dizziness which passed quickly and extreme chills. I had only soft diet for three days prior so I was pretty much clear before second dose. Stay very close to bathroom, no cramping. I did feel it was...

Mild bowel movement only despite following doctor's instructions. "Only share your first hand experience..." I think you mean to say "Share only your first hand experience."

First bottle I took 10 minutes to down. Taste wasn't awful but got worse the longer I drank it. Two additional 16 oz. of water was tough. After about 20 minutes I started feeling sick and almost threw up except that I knew the cost of the product and that I needed to keep it down for the colonoscopy. After that one bad "gag", it seemed to go away and I was feeling better. Right after the nausea feeling went away, the stuff started working. I did take one of my 16 oz. with Gatorade lemon lime. The second bottle hours later I drank rather quickly and held my nose. I had no nausea and no problems. Again, one 16 oz. follow up liquid was Gatorade to keep my electrolytes in line. The diarrhea was urgent, but not an emergency feeling. It was pretty much finished after an hour each time. The colonoscopy was a breeze and loved the "twilight" cocktail. My fear of the unknown was much worse than the reality.Read More Read Less

This is my third colonoscopy in 10 years. The first I used Fleet two part similar to Suprep. The second I used a series of 16 pill taken over a 8 hour period. I always schedule my procedure at 7 a.m. Get it over with. But with Suprep the directions say to take it the evening before and the morning of. So when I got home I panicked. I want a good nights sleep. So I took the first bottle at 3 pm My trips to the toilet let up at 6:30. By 7 my waste was pretty clear. So I called the answering service and one of the docs got bak to me and told me to take the second bottle, which I did at 8:30. Got done at around 10:30 and I was clean as a whistle. Overall I would rate this the best of the three procedures, if thats possible. Read More Read Less

A very sweet yet somewhat salty taste. Did upset stomache a bit with first bottle. Work very quickly within 20 minutes. Best advice is to use a wet wipe for your behind, you will thank me for it! I didn't really need to run to bathroom I had to go about every 40 minutes yet some times I would have to go shorter. Got better as time passed.

First time user of Suprep. Taste: well, my advice is to try to drink as much of the mixture of Suprep and water as possible without stopping. That being said, unless you are accustomed to drinking large quantities of fluids, this will be difficult to accomplish. I followed each 16 oz. "dose" with a white cranberry juice chaser. That was effective at cutting through the aftertaste. What to expect: I had very little wait time before the product took effect. 20 mins. at the most. DO NOT plan on leaving your house at any time during this cleanse process. Buy hygienic wet wipes prior to beginning the cleanse, your posterior will thank you. Hydrate yourself thoroughly for a couple days before using Suprep. Sports type drinks will help maintain your electrolyte balance. Expect to feel an overall chill during the Suprep cleanse process. No one prepped me for this and it was the most uncomfortable part of the evening.Read More Read Less
