Initial doseing went ok, but when the normal full dosage started the white blood cell count went high and my kidney function dropped by 50 percent and I felt poorly. I went back to the tacrolimus and most of my numbers have improved.

For the first year after transplant I had daily gastrointestinal issues on Cellcept. My docs were not able to maintain a sufficient level in my body bc of my reaction. I was switched to Nulogix and have not had an issue since except maybe some short term memory loss which I can't necessarily pin point to this medication. I am 33 years old and take multiple other meds for migraines and kidney transplant.
