On month 4 and it has changed my life from 3 heavy pads/day to none. It takes time to reach peak efficacy.I take it alone (not combined with BP meds). Savings Card avail.online for $50 discount. I pay $20 per month. I have my dignity back.

Was only marginally effective for bladder control. Side effects extreme for me. Diarrhea. Abdominal pain. Blood pressure up. Fatigue. I won't take this stuff again.

Be careful, after only 2 pills I had major complications, and I went from frequency of once per hour to once per half hour, I doubled my problem.

My Dr. prescribed this medicine after I had tried several others. I also stopped caffeine so I'm sure that helped. Now I'm getting up once or twice during the night instead of 4 or 5 times a night. The accidental leaks have almost stopped and there is much less urgency. It works for me and I haven't had any bad side effects.

I have an overactive bladder. My Dr. prescribed one medicine but I had horrible side effects. This medicine did the trick with no side effects.

My only complaint was getting up 2-3 times a night to pee. Urologist gave me this medication and while I don't feel urgency, my frequency is unchanged and my BP started to go up so I stopped taking it. Doesn't seem worth taking for those two reasons.

I have tried 4 meds, Myrbetriq has no side effects for me (I take at bedtime). Not 100% happy, still up 2-3x per night but better than 4-5 before. Other meds had side effects. With my insurance I pay $40 per month.

I am on week 5 of this drug after a cystocele repair failed to control leakage and frequency issues. I still wear a light pad almost every day, but the leakage and frequency are only an issue if I am exercising or doing heavy lifting. The headaches the first few weeks were awful. It was like being car sick all of the time. I switched to taking the drug at night and that seems to have done the trick. I am not a pill-taker so I like that it is only one dose. I hope it works long term, but I am toning up my pelvic floor muscles and limiting any foods, drinks, or medications that have a diuretic effect. I still plan my time outdoors around if there is a bathroom. :(Read More Read Less

I've only taken this med for two full weeks. However, it has improved my well being quite a bit. The number of times I awaken at night due to the need to urinate has been reduced from 5 to 6 times a night to 2 or 3. I thus get more restful and effective sleep and awaken with more energy and significantly less tiredness.

At first it worked perfectly. After 10 days I had terrible periodic limb movement disorder during the night. I stopped it and got treatment for PLMD. When I restarted Myrbetriq it no longer worked at all.

Dr. had me try several different drugs. Myrbetriq is the only one that has worked consistently. Had problems since 1996. Now I can go places without a diaper bag, be spontaneous

I noticed an improvement after the 1st month of taking this medication, unfortunately in the latter of the 3rd month of taking Myrbetriq I experienced uncontrollable diarrhea which apparently is not a common side effect. I discontinued this drug a week ago, the diarrhea stopped within 24 hours, incontinence is back with a vengeance and this morning I have developed a painful bladder infection.

I have been taking it for 5 months and this medication has been a blessing for me. I was getting up 5 - 6 times per night to urinate and the sleep deprivation was really getting to me. Also during the day I can now go at least 2 hours and often 3 -4 hours between bathroom visits, and I no longer have bladder pain. I did have some side effects the first few weeks - some headache, blurred vision, stomach pain - but those have subsided. The only negative is the expense. Even with the program discount I still pay $250 per month. I will need for the price to go down if I have to take this for an extended period of time. Read More Read Less

the problem with this medication is: you don't empty completly. don't have a full flow of urine, more like a drizzle. Go often, but not full flow.....I stopped taking this med.....
