I started on the .75 dose about 3 months ago, now take 1.75 weekly. Initially it made me nauseous, constipated, gassy from both ends, burbs smelled like rotten eggs. I have lost 20 lbs so far as it has helped me stop overeating because I feel full. If I attempt to eat large portions I feel nauseated. My A1c is also down into normal range. Worked to help lower A1C slightly in combination with Metformin. After 1 year of use developed pancreatitis and had to discontinue use. Worst pain I have ever experienced.

Does not work. Blood sugar readings very slightly lower a couple of days. No weight loss, no side effects
