This medication works for me after all the other antidepressants either didn't work at all or stopped working. And NO...I do not work for a drug company. This medication started working much faster than others I've tried or been on and I don't to worry about the hellish withdrawal side effects I experienced when I stopped taking Effexor and celexa. I have been dealing with depression for 10 years, and Major Depressive Disorder for the past three years. This medication along with therapy has done wonders for me. I think something many individuals dealing with depression and MDD should keep in mind is that both medication AND therapy are crucial to see a significant change.

I have depression -not Major Depression Disorder- and have been using Brintellix (now called Trintellix) for roughly a year. I have not experienced any side effects, and this has been the best anti-depressant I have had in the last 10 years. I feel so much like my usual self, no weird druggy affects. The only disadvantage was the price you had to pay out of pocket for this medication.
