I take this medicine once a day in the morning. I have had no accidents and only minor leakage incidents since starting the medicine. Previously I had accidents frequently when the urge to go was immediate and experienced leakage all the time. I constantly had to wear liners and when I had an immediate urge that wasn't enough. I no longer have to get up several times a night either. Previously I w...

I had a lot of kidney stones lazor blasted in one kidney and a stint placed to allow the rest of the smaller pieces to come out on their own. after the anisthesia wore off, the pain in my kidney and tube to the bladder was unbarrable, a lot of powerful pain meds were injected but did not help until a lot was used in a two hour period. as the pain meds wore off, the pain came back even worse. tried oral pain meds I was already on, did not help, was sent to my hotel room to wait it out. after an hour I could not stand the pain any longer I went to the ER where I was given this med along with another pain drug, and it solved the problem and I was able to sleep thru the night and make an 8 hour bus ride home and have not had to take any more of this medication since. This medication only works for 2 or 3 hours. Have to make sure I know where the restrooms are when I travel or go on errands.

this helps very little with the constant need to urinate. I still get up two to three times a night. It is so much cheaper than Detrol.

Being treated for BC with side effect of overactive bladder. This med does not allow me to sleep and continually causes me to wake up with a need to urinate but unable to perform. Stopped using it.

This drug was prescribed for me following a radical prostatectomy to control bladder spasms. Although I took the drug, 2 days after my surgery, I experienced severe bladder Spasms. The oxybutynin chloride had no effect on the spasms. However, I did experience dry mouth, sore throat, dry eye, and dizziness. I had to stop taking it.

I had to wear pads every day and would get up 3 to 7 times during the night and have to change pajama pants almost every time. 2 days after I started taking this medication I was sleeping through the night and no longer have to wear my pads. This is a Great Medication

Took Enbalex for 2 years, no problem. Went to pharmacy to pick up the Enbalex and it had been changed to this drug. Insurance company arbitrarily changed the Rx due to cost. I have never been so out of it and didn't know why. I can't see, my feet and ankles are so swollen I can't wear shoes; I have an itchy rash all over me and I'm so dizzy I can't stand. My insurance company made more than one grave error which will have to be addressed to my satisfaction. (Has this happened to anyone else?). Also, to be clear, my urologist was not notified of the change. After reading "Dealing with Kidney Disease" I am on my way to the ER. This is classified as an emergency drug allergy. Be careful to all of you and monitor your symptoms. Maybe it's me, but this is a very dangerous drug. After this experience, I will pay out-of-pocket for the Enbalex. Read More Read Less

I take this medication for stress incontinence and bed-wetting (very embarrassing!). I recently switched from 5 mg to 5 mg extended release. The extended release pills did not work at all. Started taking 10 mg of my regular pills at bedtime and have experienced great results. Just spoke with my doctor about upping my dosage to 10 mg. Very pleased with results!

extreme dry mouth...slight reflux...but i no longer have to 'run' to the bathroom when washing dishes...i save money not having to buy pads and the chaffing they caused from wearing everyday was awful. i take 10mg 2x a day but am considering cutting that in 1/2 to see if it helps the side effects...which at this time are worth the relief I get.

even though the Dr said it wouldn't do this: Started with constipation for a few days then had massive lower GI pain with uncontrollable diarreah (in a public place, happened twice in 10 day period.) Dizziness and nausea also a problem. Makes bladder incontinence seems like a preferable situation. man, this was more like taking poison. Middle ages kind of thing.
