Large " horse" pills! However, they worked and worked fast. Felt relief in a couple days which improved gradually. Slight stomach upset that was reduced when taken about 30 mins after eating a full meal. Overall, I seemed to have tolerated it well with no other side effects.

This medicine has given me terrible headaches, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and body aches. Stopped taking it on the third day. This morning I opened the bottle and the pills are crumbling! So I broke one open and it is like sawdust on the inside. My body still aches. After reading all of the comments on here am glad to know I am not the only one to have severe reaction to this medication. Will be calling my doctor and my pharmacy.

Taking for severe sinusitus moving toward ear infection. Saw results within an hour. Relief from dizziness, sinus pain and pressure, etc. Severe abdominal pain by the 2nd day, like never experienced. Did some research: Take with a full meal. I had severe pain with a small breakfast and never repeated that. Reintroduce good bacteria as antibiotic is killing all bacteria in the stomach. Search for a good probiotic, Activia, Yokult, and other sources of healthy probiotic amounts. Ginger ale to help soothe. Prescribed for sinus infection. Within days urine turned dark yellow (like taxicab yellow). Itchy skin, severe gurg (stomach acid regurgitating to throat and burning). Stopped immediately. Dr. did liver function tests, urine tests, etc. Found all of enzymes, liver, functions, etc. Grossly elevated. Off to the emergency room. After a few weeks liver function tests are finally returning to normal. This is not a drug/antibiotic to be treated lightly.

Take Amox/Clav 500-125 every 8 hours (3Xday) for severe fungal infection in lung that has spread to sinuses...causing erosion of bony plate beneath my brain. I also take Levaquin 750, Voriconazole and Gabapentin pain killers. Yes, there are a few side effects such as muscle stiffness, back and neck aches, and slightly altered taste sensations...but my sinuses seem to be clearing and the bacterial spread and protective bone erosion is slowing. Had not been feeling well since Aug. had taken just Amoxicillin twice and never got over what I had. Dr decided to try with Pot/Clv. within 2 days fever left and felt btr by day 3 I had no energy, felt like I was passing out, NO taste, even water tasted horrible, Chest and Lungs were tight as if going to burst threw my chest, felt like I was in a fog and constant head ache and High BP. I did finish 10 day round - but BP stayed high 150/93 (usually low BP 99/64), after 48 hrs being off it, everything returned back to normal. Will NOT take this again. took it , one pill , within 15 minutes acute vomiting , diarrhea , stopped taking , became lethargic , and severe body ache .. I don't recommend this pill and it should be removed from public .. very bad ..Give It 1 star all

I've never had a reaction to any medication until now. After 1 day I was getting horrible stomach cramping, loss of appetite, nausea, tired. I stopped after day 3 but I'm still experiencing the same issues. I wouldn't recommend this medication.

I took this for ear and sinus infection--severe abdominal pain even after cutting the dosage back to 1/4--after day 4 I stopped--never reacted to plain amoxicillin-don't know why it is mixed with other ingredients--will not take this again--only plain amox or cipro for me

On second day of use (twice a day) and I feel so much better! I have been sick for over a month with what I thought was hay fever/allergies trying every over the counter drug, nothing working. This medication is opening my sinus passages making it very easy to get rid of the infection. So far I have not had any side effects but will keep you updated.

Worst medication ever. Been taking it for 4 days and by day 3 I couldn't move. Muscle pain in arms and legs. Stiff neck and a headache from hell. Won't be taking this again. Pain medication won't even help with the pain I am having.

constant diarrhea

Wish I had read the reviews before taking this med. For two days now I have diarrhea, I am will not take this med AGAIN. Not sure if the prescribing PA was on top of her game Thursday, was also prescribe another med that made my tongue swell and dizziness. Stop that one too. I just wanted something to make me feel better not worse, due to sinus infection. Better off with OTC meds

I took this medication for 7 days every 12 hours.I was very sluggish withing 24 hrs but thought it was just the sinus infection.The stomach cramping started on day 2. The rash on my hands showed up the end of day 2 and itched like crazy. The diarrhea was mild on day 4. Day 6 it was explosive to the point of breaking out in full body excessive sweating. I took a probiotic as suggested from day 1, not sure if it helped much. I stopped taking on day 7 and called my doctor. I will never take this medication again. It was easy to take. The side effects weren't too terrible. The first few days, it was terrible diarrhea and gas. Otherwise that was it. I found it was better to take it with food. I'd love to say it helped, but there was no effect on my chronic sinusitis. I was only on it for 10 days.

Seems to be clearing up the infection caused by the cat bite although I am experiencing dizziness.

The pills are huge, I tolerate antibiotics well, however I had severe diarrhea with this and when my stomach cramped...I dropped what I was doing and got to the bathroom!!

Been taking for 5 out of 10 days every 12 hours. Feel much better after 5 days but tired a lot. Symptoms of sinus infection are gone but today, 6th day, saw lots of blood in my 8am bowel movement that scared me. Discontinued taking and have call in to my doctor for a different prescription. Blood in bowel movement is not acceptable to me!
