OUR 5 YEAR OLD IS TAKING THIS LIQUID FOR EAR INFECTION AND CONSISTENT ALLERGIES WHICH CAUSE RUNNY NOSE AND CONJESTION IN THE CHEST AND SOMETIMES FEVER.

Pain in stomach. Bad taste in mouth with more mucus and havin to spit a lot. Pill to large for me 875 mg.

Have chronic sinusitis so when I developed my annual fall sinus infection, the doctor put me on this. I don't recall taking it with previous infections, but I figured it's generic Augmentin, so it should be fine. I was wrong! In all the years I've dealt with sinus infections and antibiotics, I have never experienced an allergic reaction to any medication, until now. Mild diarrhea. Infection reappeared within ten days of finishing drug.

I took the medicine for a day, no problem, still feeling sick. I awaken at 2 am to find out that there was BM all on me and by bed--now i'm weaker with diarrhea running like water. I called my doctor, I won't take any more unless the doctor sees the benefit--I thought I was going back to work today--quess again!

Although this medicine seemed to help my sinus condition, I had side effects that were scary. After taking it for 3 days, I began having flu-like symptoms. My body ached and my stomach & my head hurt. I was weak & had difficulty breathing. This lasted for about 30 hours. I stopped taking the medication and my condition improved.

Suffered from a stubborn, chronic, reddened, sore throat for a long time. Used natural, over-the counter measures and antibiotis in past which helped some, but not completely effective. After taking AMOX TR-K CLV 875-125 MG for 10 days my throat is finally normal and all soreness, soreness, swelling, and discomfort is gone. I praise and thank God that this medication was effective. I have had a persistent cough for over 6 months and they have done so many CT scans on me it is not even funny. So they have no idea at this and they have put me on the other antibiotics that this is the only one they haven't tried, so I have to take 2 tabs a day for 30 days. Seems like over kill, but you can't argue with the VA.

after just a few short days of taking this medication the side effects were more painful than the original infection in my stomac. i have never been allergic to any drugs or foods but this one was so large it was nearly immpossible to take it broke me out in small red rashes that iched and made my ankles swell up so bad that i couldnt even walk without assistance and that feels pathetic im only 20 years old i would definatly not recomend anyone to take this medication due to severe side effects and ultimately more pain than the original illness.Read More Read Less

I got an infection in my tooth/gums. I have no health insurance so I did the research and decided to take some amoxicilin prescribed for my dad. Swelling and pain reduced significantly in tooth and lymph node within 3 days. Day 7 is here an it's still infected and a little swollen but it's going away.

My biggest problem with this medicine is it causes me to have yeast infections with it

I took this pill for 5-7 days but then I got constant diahria. Everytime I ate I had to go to the bathroom. also my stomach is upset.

took this medication after emergency appendectomy. Still feel bad but hope it stops any infection.

The medication helped my sinuses clear up but I developed a severe yeast infection of the vaagina/vulva area with itching and burning sesation, after taking 16 pills (1pill/twice a day). Reporting this to my doctor.

it has worked for me but cause stomach pain

On the medication 8 days and the morning of the 8th day a rash developed spreading all over my body by the end of the day and was worse the next morning. It got rid of my strep, so i'm thankful, but i've stopped the medicine so hopefully this rash will start to go away.
