I have had Lymes Disease for 19 years now, which has caused me to have Fybromyalgia, so I hurt everywhere everyday, some days can be much worse then others. I also have atleast a headache every single day!!! I have "Chronic Migraines" almost EVERY DAY, sometimes they last for days or weeks!!! The only draw backs to Stadol Nasal Spray are... 1. the taste is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! 2. It is such a ...

I have suffered with cluster headaches for years this is the only thing that works quickly. Demeral is effective as well but takes much longer to work. When I get headaches my blood pressure rises very quickly so Stadol works great for me. I try not to use full sprays, so does anyone know how many sprays are in a bottle? I'm having problems getting ins. to pay for what i need

I have migraines and have used Stadol for many years with great success. But for the last several years I can only get the generic the original is no longer offered where I live. The generic has less effectiveness and more side effects. With the original no side effects. The vials are small and the price is very high. But it is worth a try. Nothing beats the original.

This medication was wonderful when I first started taking it. Got rid of my migraines like nothing else. My only warning is only use it as the Dr recommends as it is one of the most addictive meds out there due to the ease of use. I know this because I am now under treatment for addiction to this drug.

I have used this med for over 2 years and I now find that it doesn't work as well as it did at first. I guess the longer you use it the more your body gets immuned to it.

I worked very quickly and made the migraine manageable. Not something I would want to use every time but on occassion would be okay. The only weird feeling I had it was as if I was paralyzed & couldn't move, I could think clearly and knew what was going on around me but it was like I was helpless and couldn't do anything about it.

My neurologist recently prescribed this medication after trying several different migraine meds. This seems to work the best of them all.I get relief almost immediately and rest very well. It keeps me from going to the ER when it's severe. However I don't want to become dependent on it.

I am allergic to all other pain medications. I have chronic back pain from industrial accident. When my doc prescribed Stadol NS it was a very great relief.I have been using it for ten years or so. The same dose for all that time. With my allergies I do not know what I would do. My quality of life would be poor at best. I am medically retired from my injury. I am lucky I don't have to pay for it myself as it is very expensive. However better pricing after the patent run out. About 1/4 less in cost. I have used it for post surgery and for post dental surgery pain control. It works quickly.Read More Read Less

I used to take stadol ns for migraines', this medicine works all to well. The more you use it, the more you have to use it. It has the most highest addictive rate and I do not recomend this medicine to anyone.I have to be put in the hospital to overcome the addiction.

This medication works very well for me.. about 8 years. It does however, cause sleeplessness, and difficulty urinating which is easier to live with than a headache and if taken too much, difficulty achiving orgasm.

I have suffered from migraines most of my life and have tried most every medication and treatment possible. Stadol along with Topamax have been more effective than I would have thought possible and I feel grateful that my Neurologist has been able to help me with this medication.

I took stadol for severe headaches due to a herniated disc in my neck. It gave me instant relief with only one spray. My only complaint is that I was an absolute zomby for about 4 hours.

I've suffered w/ the worst kind of every headache/migraine there is. Problem is they hit from 2-5x a week. No pill has yet to REALLY help.Fiorcet causes rebounds, you all know the story. However, Stadol Is a god send. I've only used the spray, but it works. The problem is after losing job(ins.),it's 65.00 a bottle. There's about 10 sprays max,so really a weeks supply? I hate the fact of how you get treated at Pharmacy's if you take this enough. It's rude and kinda hurts? Does anybody else ever deal with problematic pharmicies? Or Doctors? It all breaks down to the fact that they are not in our shoes. Good luck All! CraigRead More Read Less

I experience extreme migraine headaches that come with severe nausea and vomiting. It ends up that if I didn't take the stadol, I would have to go to the doctors or hospital for a shot for the nausea. Once I start vomiting, I can't stop. I take the stadol and lay down and within 10 minutes my headache is gone.

I have used this for at least 6 years for headaches and pain. It is a life-saver. I have found it also takes care of restless leg syndrome, abdominal pain, insomnia, arthritus pain, cough and discomfort from colds and flu etc. I agree that the bottle is way too small and the pharmacies always think it should last a month when you are lucky if it lasts a couple days when you are in pain. The trick is to have the doctor prescribe several bottles at once, I get 8 to 10 bottles for a month all at the same time, that also gives you only one co-pay for the whole thing. It is difficult to find a doctor to prescribe it as they sometimes think it is only for migraines, and some think it is too dangerous, some think it is old fashioned and that there are new drugs out there that are better. The problem is with the new drugs is that they are only for one thing and this covers many different problems. I love it as it causes no side-effects, no "next morning" druggy feelings and it works quickly. Try it you will find it works better than anything else you have tried. Do be careful not to overdose as it has been known to be fatal and you do build up a resistance and need more over time.Read More Read Less
