It made my blood sugar return to great numbers; 95, 103, 105, 107, but it also made me feel very tired, very jittery and my throat swelled up to where it was very scary. When I got up the next morning, after a very long and restless night, my sugar count was 166, which I am sure came from the stress of worrying. I am not taking it anymore.
