After a long day, is your family drained, cranky, and exhausted? It seems like it happens night after night. Wouldn't it be nice if you could just rewind and start over-- you know, before your son fell asleep in class or your daughter ate chips for lunch?

Back up even further to before you skipped breakfast and went to bed late. You make so many choices each day. And they add up. They change how your family feels. They affect other choices you make. What would you do differently if you could?

Well, you can start at the end of your day with enough sleep for everyone. After a good night's rest, no need for that AM sugar boost. Instead, choose high quality fuel. Healthy food choices give you energy that lasts.

You won't need to snack on junk to keep going. And what can you do with more energy? Get the whole family moving. Everyone feels good when you choose to move.

Finally, take time to unwind, and not just zoning out with a screen. As stress builds up, it affects your mood, your energy, and your choices. So take time to recharge your body and your mind. At the end of each day, you'll be amazed at how your healthy choices really do add up and how you made your family more fit.
