Big Dog - Teach to Focus on You

This exercise is called focus. It's a really important exercise because it's the foundation of teaching your dog to pay attention to you, which helps with all of the other obedience exercises that you do. You're going to step on your leash to prevent your dog from jumping up toward your face. You're going to have a treat in your hand which you are going to show your dog. You're then going to ask them to Watch! Very good! Good boy. Very good. Yes! Give them the treat. Stoney, watch! Good boy. Very good. That's a good boy watching. Nice job. Yes!
