I took it once in accordance with instructions and got the worst case of diarrhea in my life. I will discard the remaining powder and not use it again.

(I am on blood pressure medication). It also gives me a lot of energy. I started using it again a couple of days ago as I have been suffering from a cough for the past 3 months. Ive been putting about a teaspoon in my green tea for the last few weeks, it doesn't really dissolve very well so I have to keep stirring it as I drink it or it all ends up in the bottom of the cup. Doesn't taste very good and I haven't really noticed any change in my general health or energy, neither better or worse.

I felt my blood pressure go up, heart rate increased...it was not a good experience at all. I did a lot of research before consuming and did not see any cause for concern. I am not taking any other medications that would have caused an adverse re ... Show Full Comment
