second time horseradish has worked in diminishing nasal congestion and upper respiratory symptoms. Works great for me as soon as symptoms appear... 1 heaping teaspoon 3 times a day... using Kelchner's Horse Radish.

I have used horseradish and horseradish/vinegar blend for various ailments for over 50 years. the primary being sore throat, stuffy nose and sinus infections...one teaspoon on the tongue, waith for taste to disappear and instant relief. You can also put same on tongue and leave mouth slightly open and lightly inhale..works wonders. I have also found that same application taken in same manner and swallowed will aliaviate my leg cramps at night if taken just before bed.

Had a small amount of horseradish sauce (western wasabi) on sushi. Cleared my sinus blockage better than anything else I've tried, including pharmaceutical solutions.
