Forgot to add. I did not use supplements. Fresh real leaves from the tree. I've read the book on shingles by max alina on amazon. I wish I would of read it 4 years ago... This should be public knowledge. Share with everyone who has shingles. Mountain Laurel helped me to get rid of it. Write your experience here.
