This is the second year I have used Yucca for pain.I found takeing four capsules at a time works for me,I was in pain 24/7 and now I am pain free with out side effects.It has helped my overall well being.All I know it works and I won't be without it.

Chemical sensitivity expert rec'd yucca for my 2-yr-old daughter who suffered from asthma-like respiratory inflammation and distress due to chemical exposure. She would take a very small oral dose and it relieved breathing better and faster than chemical antihistamines. Now family uses yucca as antihistamine replacement for allergic reactions and topically/orally for bug bites. Seems to support adrenal glands and hormone balancing as well.

Yucca Root has helped with the pain and stiffness in my hands. We have a dog with arthritis also and we give it to her and she has improved mobility also.
