Important note! Apple Cider Vinegar has many good uses, BUT! It is known to cause Bone Density issues by leaching Vitamin D from the bones when taken orally for any serious length of time. So, if you take ACV orally for more than 1 week, please supplement your diet with Vitamin D-3. This is the most complete form of Vitamin D for this kind of issue. Other than this warning, stick with the recommen...

I take ACV for acid reflux and it does wonders. I take one teaspoon with 4oz of water and it completely goes away for hours. I don't use organic, I just buy the cheap stuff. Might switch to organic for the other benefits. Again, I only use the for acid reflux and it really, truly works. I suggest that anyone on PPIs, especially ones that cause heart issues (e.g. protonix) try this. It was a lifesaver for me.

This has been helpful in my RA and digestion. Still new to this treatment, but certainly has shown a difference in my RA pain. Praying it lasts.

I have suffered with GERD and IBSD my whole adult life. 2 months ago i started a apple cider vinegar / lemon juice regimine. I mix one - 2 tablespoons of each with a little honey and drink that twice a day. It didn't taste good at first but i'm used to it now and love the taste. All stomach issues are gone - completely!!!

The reason I first took ACV is I had heard it was good for kidney stones. Three days after starting with it the stone that was painful was gone. I did not pass it, it just vanished. Since I am also diabetic, I noticed my blood sugar levels were lower so I continue taking it. I had read that it is to be taken with a clear liquid. Water is what I started with and after research I found that diet 7up was okay and it makes it much easier to take. I take 4 tablespoons with 16 ounces of clear liquid. I also noticed that overall I felt better. I did not give it 5 stars as there is still much to be learned by myself about this and I continue to do research weekly! Read More Read Less

I have really bad heartburn, alot. I was tired of popping zantac all the time, concerned about health effects. So I bought some Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Been taking a tablespoon AM & PM and it's really worked (I'm surprised). I shoot it down like a shot & follow it up with water. Not my favorite taste, but since it works I do it.

I take 1tbsp of ACV 15 minutes before a meal if my meal will contain carbs and it brings down the PPBS 30 points @hours. Very effective . I buy ACV with the mother from a health food store.

I take a couple tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar whenever I have heartburn. Works instantly! My mother tried it and it works for her as well. I've done this for years.

for five years i managed my type ii diabetes well but after a brief romance with starch my morning numbers and the rest started to creep up. 10s and 11s in the morning when i had been high 7s to 8s for a long while. i take 500 metformin twice a day too. the numbers creeping up really hit me hard and even though i have been low carb and gluten free for years i haven't lost any weight either. so i read about acv and thought i would give it a try. i used the crap grocery store stuff and could barely keep it down but had 2 tbsp before bed and my bs was immediately down the next day to 9s. the next day 8s and that way ever since in the 6 weeks i have been taking the acv. i read about braggs raw and unpasteurized acv got some and it is far more drinkable. i now take 2 tbsp in half a cup of tomato juice at bed and a teaspoon before meals which i am going to up to 1 tbsp. so now my numbers have gone down 30% and the toppers is that i am down 2 belt holes too! wearing jeans i haven't worn in 5 years. i cannot recommend the acv more highly but i do have another matter which has help and that is a food diary. myfitnesspal dot com lets you input all that you eat and automatically tells you how many cars, calories, fiber etc. i had now idea onions were so high in carbs. i had no idea mussels had carbs. this program really helped me fine tune my carb intake. After suffering cardiac arrhythmias due to long term use of Nexium (guessing Magnesium depletion), I stopped Nexium and began taking a magnesium supplement and using ACV with great success. No more heartburn, and no more irregular heartbeat.

Does not taste like heaven but definitely good for people who suffer from GERD, fatigue, PCOS...everything has improved. Less expensive and likely less harmful to at least try in comparison to drugs a Dr wants to shove at you!
