Important note! Apple Cider Vinegar has many good uses, BUT! It is known to cause Bone Density issues by leaching Vitamin D from the bones when taken orally for any serious length of time. So, if you take ACV orally for more than 1 week, please supplement your diet with Vitamin D-3. This is the most complete form of Vitamin D for this kind of issue. Other than this warning, stick with the recommen...

One cap full got rid of my awful heart burn within a couple minutes. I never tried it before, but I was desperate and it totally worked. This will be my go-to treatment if I'm home for sure.

I have had extremely high blood sugars and started taking apple cider vinegar tablets and my sugar has dropped significantly. So happy!

I've tried to use this: 1/2 c in bathtub with water up to hips for a yeast infection for 15 minutes, but got no progress! Idk if I did it wrong but didn't work.

I had toenail fungus and tried other products which didn't work. I read about ACV and had a tablespoon every day with a dash of honey in a glass of water (honey makes it more palatable). After about 6 months the fungus has all gone! I did apply it sometimes directly onto the toenails when I remembered to. Also take it now for colds/flu's as it seems to help clear the phlegm and good for digestion. Highly recommend this product.

Acid reflux kept me up at night. Two tablespoons of "Raw Apple Cider Vinegar" at bedtime solved the problem after OTC meds had little effect.

I had a bout with bronchitis or severe cold but I am more prone to bronchitis as having bronchitis alot in the army. I used Braggs ACV with the mother and used organic honey and cinnamon, and my symptons were gone in 4 days and no need for antibiotic.

For the past 10 months I have been taking ACV for GERD and heartburn, about 1T/5T (though I started off more dilute until I got used to it), about 10-20 mins before meals. Works like a charm, after much distress trying various OTC drugs. A bit of a drag to carry around for eating out, until I discovered the pills.

Took (2) 500mg ACV powder capsules 15 minutes before eating for gerd symptoms, completely off all px and otc heartburn meds. After a month, due to developing thrush, decreased dose to (1) 500mg 15 minutes before eating. Still no need for other meds and no gerd symptoms.

Great for heartburn. I drink about 2 TBSP (some people add a little water). For me personally, it works for about 30 min or so. Then I repeat until heartburn subsides. Try to get organic.

I used apple cider vinegar for a sinus infection in fall of 2012. I both drank it and also mixed it in a distilled water dilution that I used with a neti pot to try to clear out my sinuses. NEVER do this. It introduced anaerobic organisms from the fermentation of the vinegar to my inflamed swollen sinuses. 2 years later, I have constantly been dealing with the repercussions of that through hard to diagnose chronic rhinosinusitis. Only after 2 CT scans, several 'aerobic bacteria' cultures, surgery, allergy testing, and inhaled coricosteriods as well as oral corticosteriods did my physician figure this out. Please save yourself thousands of dollars and Never Inhale Fermented Apple Cider Vinegar. it is not safe or effective.Read More Read Less

I mixed 2 TBSP of store bought ACV with 4oz of juice or iced tea, once before my first meal and once before bedtime. After my first night taking it, it lowered my blood sugar levels immediately by that next morning.

Used explicitly for muscle cramps in hands, feet, and legs. Drink a mouthful on onset of cramp and relief begins within 2 to 4 mins.
