I have been taking this for a little over 2 weeks.(Garcinia Cambogia From the makers of LEAN BODY- Labrada Nutrition) I didn't really see any results at first, but over the past 3 days my hunger has vanished. My mood has improved, racing thoughts have decreased and I have lost about 1 pound. I know this isn't much, but honestly I do not have allot to lose, so overall I'm satisfied. I've had no side effects at all and slowly but surely this Extract is helping me with my goal! I'm taking: PURE GARCINIA CAMBOGIA EXTRACT by EARTH DESIGN.

I have used this for 3 months. I lost about 13 pounds without changing anything. I have more energy, I don't get sleepy during the day, which is something I can use at work. :) I ran out and waited a few weeks before re-ordering to see the side effects after being off it. I saw none, just that my sleepiness came back during the day. I re-ordered already.

I had no effect with this product and stop taking it after 3 weeks.

I truly wonder if the reason people often lose weight with this is that the frequent stomach pain makes you lose your appetite. Also, I developed a UTI after three days. Suspect it changes the blood or urine pH.

Ive taken Carcinia gambogia since January 15, 2013 and here it is June 28, 2013 and I am 70 pounds lighter. I took 500 mg before every meal along with a green coffee extract pill. I watched what I ate, dumped fried stuff and limited sugared treats and the weight melted. The only drastic thing I did was stopped eating breakfast at MCDonalds and switched to those Atkins Meal bars with a couple pieces of fruit. Lots easier to drive and eat that. Really like it. I take it from the traditional Indian herb specialist Himalaya Herbs (funnily not in the list here...) Little insomnia yes no nightmares but even better sleep. An excellent heart tonic, together with Amlaki (Amla C) terminated any of the symptoms of my lite CHF and that of the damn stent stupid doctors installed they should have avoided. I don't take any meds so no interactions possible. Thanks Ayurveda. BTW it's one of the basic A. herbs.

I use the first bottle of three following the directions of 2 capsules/day. I saw no difference in my weight. I talked to the Garcinia Cambogia representative and they suggested going to 3 capsules/day. After finishing the second bottle and seeing absolutly no results, I call the company again. They offered to refund $24 of the $100 if spent for three bottles. THSI STUFF DOES NOT WORK. Save your money. Better yet, get a membership at a local fitness center.

I have been taking hte Garcinia Extract for 11 days, I have seen a 5 pound change, gained then lost, then gained again, in 11 days! I have felt like it surpresses my appetite, and I do look like I lost weight, so the fluxuation could be from my menstural cycle, so I am going to take for 30 days and give more feedback after 30 days. Ok I've seen some peoples commplaints. You can't just take garcinia without a few things to help...I niticed the 1st week I took it I gained weight and was bloated severly! I would get hot flashes and I have bad diarhea. Also if I took it with dinner I would be up all night just awake......now for the best part! So when week 2 came around I decided to drink more water and take 2 pills before breakfast and 2 pills before lunch. So now I sleep at night, the diarhea has calmed with me drink more water no more hot flashes....I'm 29 I was 230lbs and I'm 6'0 tall. Now after 2 weeks I'm 220lbs and I'm happt I found these pills.
