    I started taking this after I had a nervous breakdown a few years ago. I hadn't slept more than like 15 hours in over a month, my heart wouldn't stop pounding, I was constantly nauseous, and anti-anxiety medication only made me worse.     My Anxiety was SO bad that I didn't want to do anything; I got to the point where I didn't think I would last much longer. I constantly thought I would die... and I might have, but this stuff changed my life! I take 600 mg every 12 hours, and after two weeks, I wasn't in a dream-like-gonna-die state.
