    Swanson's "Natural Vit E 400 IU or 1333% RDA: This is a VERY HIGH dosage of "Natural Vit E", d-alpha tocopheryl acetate was 400 IU/softgel capsule, which is 1333% of RDA; after taking for 3 days I started experiencing lower gastrointestinal bleeding & abdominal cramping, so I have removed this from my daily supplements.     My oncologist informed me that it does absolutely nothing and is harmful to those with Cancer and creates more problems than it helps. I have been taking it since my 20's and am now 77. I have had cancer 3 times in the last 20 years & 1 major heart attack. I am not sure if I will continue.
