I have use cascara sagrada for constipation and really works well I do recommended.

I take a number of prescriptions that are known to cause constipation. Casgara (sagrada) is the most effective treatment that I have used. It is found in the vitamin/herb area.

Medications keep my system backed up. This product helps a lot.

Works gently. Does not cause diarrhea. Creates bile in the liver.

I have used cascara daily for 3 years, 1 capsule with 1 tablespoon psyllium and 1 scant tablespoon citrucel. Works for me. Have been constipated my entire life. i also eat a healthy diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables.

For me, this worked better then prescription.

I've been using Cascara Sagrada for constipation for several years now and I have never had any problems with it. In fact out of all the commercial products I have ever used, none of them measured up to Cascara. I find it vary weird that the FDA once approved it and later removed their approval. They have a reputation of doing this if they find any herbal or natural products cut into their profits.

I have used effectalax for some time now and it has work effectively for me with no cramp or ill feelings like some of the other product.It releases you gently.

I take alot of pain meds and recently had a spinal epidural and was out for three days, everything got backed up and stuck so to speak...within one day of taking just one capsule...RELEIF...I am a believer...
