Nursing:

Precaution: LIMITED DATA SUGGEST MINIMAL EXCRETION; MONITOR FOR BRADYCARDIA & HYPOTENSION

Precaution: LIMITED AMOUNTS EXCRETED WITH NO KNOWN ADVERSE EFFECTS IN INFANT.

An adult over 60:

Precaution: (SOM)MINIMIZE DOSE TO DECREASE RISK OF DIZZINESS, FALLS.

Precaution: (SOM)SENSITIVE TO BP/ELECTROLYTE EFX; NOT EFFECTIVE CRCL <30 ML/MIN.
