Who should not take fosphenytoin Inj?

Check with your physician if you have any of the following:

Conditions:

HLA-B 1502 Positive Gene Status, Complete Heart Block, Second Degree Atrioventricular Heart Block, Adams-Stokes Syndrome, Very Rapid Heartbeat - Torsades de Pointes, Sinus Bradycardia, Prolonged Q-T Interval on EKG, Abnormal Heart Rhythm, Abnormal EKG with QT changes from Birth, Abnormally Low Blood Pressure, Liver Problems, Kidney Disease, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Swollen Lymph Nodes, Pregnancy, Low Amount of Albumin Proteins in the Blood, High Amount of Phosphate in the Blood, Acquired Decrease of All Cells in the Blood, Decreased Function of Bone Marrow, Decreased Blood Platelets, Decreased White Blood Cells, Low Level of Granulocytes in the Blood, Habit of Drinking Too Much Alcohol
