Wide-Angle Glaucoma, Increased Pressure in Eyes, High Blood Pressure, Recent Heart Attack, Heart Block, Sinus Tachycardia, Abnormal Heart Rhythm, Chronic Heart Failure, Stomach or Intestinal Ulcer, Burning Stomach, Severe Liver Disease, Cannot Empty Bladder, Overactive Thyroid Gland, Diabetes, High Amount of Fats in the Blood

Allergies:

CYCLOBENZAPRINE SALICYLATES ALOE NSAIDS (NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUG) METHYLSULFONYLMETHANE (MSM) IMIDAZOLIDINYL UREA CAPSICUM MENTHOL CONTAIN PROD GLUCOSAMINE ANALOGUES
